Six people found dead in series of murders in Alabama and Tennessee

FAYETTEVILLE, Tennessee / HUNTSVILLE, Alabama (BNO NEWS) -- Six people were found dead in Fayetteville, Tennessee and Huntsville, Alabama on Saturday and all are believed to be connected, officials told BNO News.

Five of the victims were found at Lincoln Road in Fayetteville, Tennessee, a sixth person was found dead at Orchard Street in Huntsville, Alabama. "As far as we understand [they are all connected]," the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department told BNO News. It is not clear how the victims died.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation confirmed a suspect had been arrested. Some media reports said he had confessed to the killings.
